Advanced Oxidation or AO is privately own engineering, procurement, construction, and project management company, founded in Chonburi, Thailand. We also offer a consulting service for an engineering company and engineering projects that including energy, waste treatment, mineral-metallurgy, pulp and paper, fire alarm system, etc.
Our vision is to work together with the customer to identify the causes of the customer problems and to find solutions to reach customer’s goals. Our engineering team is committed to deliver best service and develop the technologies for the best solution for our customer – everyday.
Electric arc furnace
AO Co., Ltd. offers difference types of furnace and a range of sizes from small melting furnaces that meet the demanding requirements of investment casters, specialty foundries and the precious metals industry, to heavy steel shell furnaces designed to provide maximum furnace rigidity and strength for capacities up to 100 MT.
Smelting under vacuum conditions
Set of equipment for metal smelting and vacuum smelting under vacuum conditions using the principle of medium frequency induction heating. The VIF (vacuum induction furnace) reduces the molten steel gases, give high purity of the steel, the oxidation amount of the easily oxidizable element is small, and the chemical composition of the alloy can be precisely controlled.
Toxic gas treatment in a joint venture project
An innovation idea that lead to a development of the waste toxic gas treatment unit. The unit was introduced and installed to alleviate the affected residential area.
Nano Metal Oxide
Installed a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) and dissolved air flotation (DAF) that use Nano technology to improve separation system and reduce the use of electric power consumption.
